The Paid Media Specialist will execute lead generating paid media strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and optimizing campaign performance through analysis and reporting.ResponsibilitiesExecuting lead generating paid media strategies and campaigns across digital ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant advertising channelsTrafficking advertising campaigns into digital platforms, including ad creative, keywords, URL UTMs, audience building, and moreEnsuring that advertising messages align with client or company objectivesMeasuring and executing A/B split testing for ad creative, copy, landing pages, etc to ensure optimal campaign performanceRunning incrementality tests, lift studies, or geo‑experimentsWorking with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, pixels, offline conversions)Optimizing and auditing campaigns under supervision of senior Paid Media team membersMonitoring the performance of online advertising campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholdersResearching the current media and competitor landscape and keeping up to date with the latest media trendsBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, advertising platform reps, and agency partnersReview, understand and take action based performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) dataAnalyzing CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide optimizationSkills2-3 years or greater experience with online paid media platforms such as Google Search, FB & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and moreAbility to use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases and spreadsheet programs to track and manage advertising campaignsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to networkStrong analytical and organizational skillsEffective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesCompany OverviewBentley Systems is an infrastructure engineering software company that provides innovative software sustaining.
