The role involves developing high-impact advertising concepts, overseeing content production, and optimizing creative assets to improve campaign effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesLead creative strategy for customer acquisition initiatives across major social and digital advertising platformsBuild testing plans designed to uncover new messaging, positioning, and creative opportunitiesIdentify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and performance insights that can be translated into new campaign conceptsDevelop advertising frameworks, campaign themes, and conversion-focused content approaches that support growth objectivesPartner with internal stakeholders to align creative initiatives with broader acquisition goalsTranslate campaign strategies into actionable production plansDevelop content briefs that provide clear creative direction, messaging priorities, deliverable requirements, and testing variablesGuide concept development from initial ideation through final asset deliveryEnsure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality and performance standardsProvide constructive feedback to creative contributors throughout the production processServe as the primary point of contact for agencies, production vendors, freelance creators, and external creative resourcesMaintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and quality of workEvaluate partner performance and recommend improvements to production workflows and resource allocationEnsure all externally produced content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesAnalyze content performance to identify patterns, winning concepts, and opportunities for improvementMonitor engagement and conversion metrics to assess creative effectivenessDevelop iteration plans that build upon successful campaign elementsCollaborate with growth and media teams to ensure creative learnings are incorporated into future initiativesEstablish processes that support ongoing creative experimentation and optimizationSupport the development of creator-driven advertising initiativesParticipate in creator selection, briefing, and content review processesEnsure creator assets align with campaign goals and performance expectationsWork alongside influencer and partnership teams to maximize the effectiveness of creator-led campaignsStep into content production when speed, timing, or project needs require additional supportCapture and develop social-first content including product features, brand storytelling, event coverage, and creator-style assetsAssist with rapid-turn creative production and campaign launchesOccasionally travel to support content capture, events, and strategic marketing initiativesSkills4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, digital content, or growth-focused marketing environmentsStrong understanding of social advertising ecosystems and content-driven acquisition strategiesExperience turning performance data into actionable creative recommendationsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionConsumer products, wellness, lifestyle, beverage, or retail brand experienceExperience working with agencies, production vendors, or creative partnersFamiliarity with user-generated content and creator marketing programsWorking knowledge of video editing platforms and content production toolsPortfolio showcasing both strategic campaign development and content executionBenefitsCompetitive annual bonus targetFull benefits options - medical, dental, vision401K planUnlimited PTO + 12 paid holidaysFULLY REMOTE (Must be based in US)Company OverviewAllegiance Search is a specialist executive search and recruitment partner helping infrastructure investors, developers, operators and engineering-led businesses secure the talent required to strengthen execution and create long-term value.
