We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of
programs across Northern Washington. This high-visibility role drives clinical
excellence, workforce stability, financial performance, and strategic growth in
partnership with county and state stakeholders.

As an RDO, you connect strategy to execution—driving measurable outcomes across
multiple programs, including:

Strong county and state partnerships

Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple programs with full accountability for performance
• Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare’s mission
• Ensure safe, recovery-oriented care
• Lead quality improvement and compliance efforts
• Coach and develop Program Administrators
• Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement
• Partner with county and state stakeholders
• Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings
• Manage budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth

Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
• Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
• Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes
