Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packing Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely with occasional on-site visits to our Golden Valley, MN location. As a key member of our Central Pack team, you will play a crucial role in driving project efficiency and executing packaging projects across various business units and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate line extension, PPA, and Canadian projects through GMI systems, including gPLM, TOPS, and Eclips
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Packaging R&D, Plant SEs, Sourcing, Vendors, and external partners
Build and leverage internal and external networks to support and execute work
Utilize strong organizational and collaboration skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment


Requirements:

High School Diploma required, with 3+ years of related experience in packaging material coordination for product launches
Experience on different product platforms and working knowledge of PLM, ECLIPS, TOPs, and STEP systems
Strong self-starter with high attention to detail, service orientation, and ability to communicate effectively in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous work experience in packaging, with experience on multiple businesses or platforms
Working knowledge of product formulation and product design
5+ years of related experience in packaging material coordination for product launches
