[Remote] Overseas Operations Manager (P2P)

The Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across key overseas markets, requiring expertise in P2P market mechanics and merchant ecosystem dynamics.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable and stable business growthMonitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business modelsContinuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape and market shiftsDesign and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structuresMaintain close engagement with key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and spread competitivenessImprove completion rate, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performanceDevelop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operationsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature designProvide structured feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and regional behavioral differencesImprove end-to-end operational efficiency, including order flow, payment processing, and dispute handlingMonitor core P2P KPIs (volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, dispute rate)Conduct in-depth data analysis and anomaly detection to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patternsTrack competitor strategies (pricing, incentives, merchant policies, risk models) and propose strategic responsesSkills5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferredMinimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)Experience at major exchangesStrong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and spread formationStrong understanding of regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails)Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changesStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilityExcellent cross-functional collaboration skillsFluent in English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plusExperience managing regional teams, community contributors, or local operatorsStrong understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risksAbility to independently articulate structural differences between regional P2P marketsBenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowancesComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsCompany OverviewAt OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by Crypto, ultimately contributing to every individual's freedom.
