Alligator Merch is a fast-growing custom merch company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to build a sales pipeline from scratch. The role focuses on high-volume cold calling, representing the company at trade shows, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.ResponsibilitiesRepresent us at trade showsAttend industry conferences and events (approximately every two months) to generate leads, build relationships, and represent the brand — most times with the founder; sometimes independentlyBuild pipeline from scratchDesign and execute high-volume cold call and email campaigns targeting business owners and executive teamsOwn the full sales cycleYou prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, close, and follow up for expansion and reordersCoordinate custom ordersWork directly with customers and our design team to ensure branded products meet their vision and specsLand and expand accountsStart with a small test order, prove the value, land and expand, then grow the relationship into a recurring contract or repeat businessHunt big fishIdentify and pursue multi-location chains, PE-backed regional operators, and high-volume buyersUse our CRM systemTrack all activity, pipeline, and customer communications in our systemSkills1–3 years of B2B sales experience in field sales, outside sales, or door-to-door experienceProven experience closing multi-decision-maker deals — you've navigated buying committees, not just single-owner transactionsComfortable with high-volume cold calling and direct outreach.
