Renewal by Andersen is a leading brand in window and door systems, and they are seeking an Outbound Sweepstakes Agent to join their Inside Sales team. This role involves validating sweepstakes entries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining high call volumes to support the sales process. Responsibilities Validate sweepstakes entries by confirming homeowner information and eligibility while starting a natural conversation about their home improvement needs Schedule qualified consultations for our design consultants through confident, solution based dialogue Maintain 300+ calls per day with consistent appointment set rate and strong talk time Skills 1+ year outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends Must live in New Jersey to be considered for this position Home improvement background a plus but NOT required Benefits Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life for full-time employees 401(K) program for full-time employees PTO Student Loan Repayment Program Advancement opportunities - we promote from within!
