Responsibilities
? Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments.

? Set up new gift batches and process donations within 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding.

? Create tribute accounts and manage matching gift donations.

? Generate tax receipts for all donors promptly.

? Maintain and update constituent records based on new information.

? Create mailing lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.

? Conduct regular CRM maintenance to ensure data integrity.

? Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email.

? Perform additional data entry and projects as needed.

? Run queries and reports to support various departments.

? Organize donor lists for events and manage CRM automation.
Requirements
? 2 years in gift processing and CRM management

? Previous experience in a Non-Profit is required

? Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

? Excellent problem-solving abilities and clerical accuracy

? Professional demeanor with strong communication skills

? Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
