[Remote] Outbound Account Executive

They are seeking a driven Outbound Account Executive to independently prospect, sell, and close their products and services, playing a critical role in new customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesConsistently generate and close new business to exceed individual and company revenue targetsIndependently prospect into new accounts using outbound email, phone, social selling, and research-driven strategiesFollow up promptly and professionally on inbound leads generated by Marketing, advancing them through the sales funnelOwn the full sales cycle from first contact through discovery, demo, negotiation, and closeDeliver clear, compelling sales presentations and product demos to business owners and department leadersConfidently answer detailed questions about InsCipher’s offerings and clearly communicate customer value and ROIBuild consultative, trust-based relationships by understanding each prospect’s business challenges and tailoring solutions accordinglyCollaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns to drive demand and improve funnel performanceResearch and qualify prospects using trade publications, industry resources, and social platformsPrepare sales service agreements and pricing proposals in collaboration with the VP of Sales and LegalMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity records in the CRMParticipate actively in weekly sales meetings to review goals, pipeline health, and performanceTravel to customer sites and industry events as needed (anticipated up to ~20%)Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience2–5 years of experience in consultative B2B salesStrong research skills with the ability to understand a prospect's business and speak at their levelExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate InsCipher's value propositionConsultative selling mindset—able to listen actively, ask strong questions, and guide productive conversationsComfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and learning the business quickly after onboardingCoachable and receptive to feedback, with a growth-oriented mindsetExperience using CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus2+ years of Surplus Lines / Non-Admitted Insurance experienceSaaS or InsurTech sales experienceBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision plansAmazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays401K Programs with employer matchPersonal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work lifeCompany OverviewInsCipher provides tax filing and insurance automation solutions services.
