About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently. You'll also collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions. Input and update customer information and account details with precision. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms.
