The role involves defining future-state finance processes and designing Oracle Fusion Financials across various financial domains.ResponsibilitiesLead finance discovery workshops with business and finance stakeholdersAssess current-state finance processes and systemsDesign future-state processes aligned with Oracle Fusion best practicesLead process design for: Record-to-Report (R2R), Consolidation-to-Close (C2C), Cost Accounting, Asset Management (A2R), Financial ReportingConduct Oracle Fusion fit-gap analysisDefine accounting, reporting, and compliance requirementsIdentify SOX control and governance considerationsCollaborate with SCM and Commercial teams on integrated process designDevelop business requirements, risks, dependencies, and implementation recommendationsSupport roadmap and deployment planningSkills12+ years of Finance transformation and ERP consulting experience5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experienceExpertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Management, and Financial ReportingStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsSemiconductor manufacturing costing experienceCPA, CMA, or equivalent qualificationExperience leading ERP discovery and blueprinting initiativesCompany OverviewMinisoft Solutions Inc – Empowering Businesses Through Innovative IT Services.
