As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.ResponsibilitiesAssess current-state HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management processes and identify opportunities for improvementDesign future-state solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud leading practices and client goalsAdvise clients on optimizing: Organizational and workforce structures, Time collection, scheduling, and labor compliance, Absence policies, accruals, and leave plans, Data governance and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop implementation plans across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence modulesLead functional workstreams across the full project lifecycle (requirements through deployment)Ensure alignment between business requirements and system configuration across integrated HCM modulesFacilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements across HR, time tracking, and leave management processesTranslate business needs into functional designs and system configurations, including: Workforce structures, jobs, and positions, Time entry rules, time calculation rules, and schedules, Absence plans, accrual rules, and eligibility profilesSupport testing cycles including SIT and UATServe as a trusted advisor on HR and workforce management transformationProvide guidance on best practices for time compliance, labor regulations, and absence policiesCommunicate effectively with business and technical stakeholdersContribute to development of HCM best practices and accelerators across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence ManagementSupport continuous improvement initiatives within Peloton’s HCM practiceSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR and at least one of the following: Time & Labor or Absence ManagementExperience leading at least 3 (three) full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations including Core HR and Time & Labor and/or AbsenceStrong understanding of: HR processes and employee lifecycle management, Time tracking, scheduling, and labor compliance concepts, Absence and leave management processes and policiesHands-on experience configuring: Workforce structures (legal entities, business units, etc.), Time & Labor components (time entry, rules, layouts, schedules), Absence Management (plans, accruals, eligibility, balances)Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) in Core HR, Time & Labor, or Absence Management preferredAbility to translate functional requirements into system configurationsConsulting experience in HCM systems implementation strongly preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, client-facing environmentAlignment with Peloton values: Amplify Ideas, Can-Do Attitude, Teamwork, Integrity, Own Your Voice, and Next-Level ServiceWillingness to travel as requiredExperience implementing Core HR + Time & Labor + Absence Management together in integrated solutionsExposure to additional modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or Workforce CompensationExperience with labor laws, union rules, overtime regulations, and leave complianceExperience with global implementations and regulatory considerations (e.g., GDPR)Experience with HCM security design, especially related to time and absence dataExperience mentoring junior consultants and leading functional workstreamsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K with supporting company matchFlexible Spending ProgramTechnical and business skills trainingPerformance-based bonusPaid holidays and PTOCompany OverviewPeloton Consulting Group has the vision and connected global capabilities to help organizations envision, implement, and realize the benefits of digital transformation.
