**Key Responsibilities**
* Examine client needs and identify areas for improvement, opportunities, and pain points through data analysis and behavioral insights
* Develop models to gain insights on what drives performance in terms of reach, retention, referral, and revenue growth
* Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth
* Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation plans to inform product development and optimization
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer experiences and competitive intelligence to inform product development and strategy
* Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and products
* Provide input on the impact of product launches, including target launch metrics, A/B testing, and post-launch metrics
* Distill key findings from data analysis and communicate insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Research and analyze data quality issues and work closely with data engineering teams to resolve them
* Develop business cases and recommendations for data-driven initiatives and projects
* Plan and lead time-sensitive key analysis projects, including philosophy development, analysis, key recommendations, and presentation of findings to senior leadership
**Essential Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Data Science)
* Experience working in the financial industry
* Strong expertise in Python and SQL
* Experience with data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hive, Hadoop, MapReduce, and others
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
