As a Healthcare Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in organizing and maintaining healthcare data for our organization. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.Key Responsibilities:- Accurate and timely entry of patient information, medical history, and treatment records into our database- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy according to company policies and HIPAA regulations- Identify and report any errors or issues with data entry to the appropriate supervisor- Keep track of and update patient information as necessaryQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience or training in data entry- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes- Proficient in typing and computer skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferredAt Eagle Home Health, we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
