Business & Immigration Lawyer (Armenia – Yerevan)
I’m looking for an experienced Armenia-based lawyer to provide legal counseling and representation related to starting and running a small business in Armenia, as well as immigration and residency matters. This role is ideal for a lawyer who regularly works with foreign founders, entrepreneurs, or expats and understands Armenia’s legal, tax, and immigration landscape. Scope of Work Business & Corporate Law Advising on business registration and legal structure Assistance with licenses, permits, and compliance Reviewing or drafting lease agreements Ongoing legal guidance for small business operations Coordination with accountants or government offices if needed Immigration & Residency Legal advice on residency permits, visas, and work authorization Guidance for foreign nationals starting a business in Armenia Representation before relevant Armenian authorities (if required) Requirements Licensed lawyer in Armenia Based in Yerevan (or able to work locally) Proven experience with: Small business / corporate law Immigration and residency matters Comfortable working with foreign clients Strong communication skills English proficiency required (Armenian/Russian a plus) Nice to Have Experience with foreign-owned businesses Familiarity with relocation or expat cases Ability to act as a long-term legal advisor Engagement Initial consultation followed by ongoing advisory work Flexible hours Competitive compensation based on experience Apply tot his job
