[Remote] Operations Technical Specialist (Commercial/Personal Insurance)

They are seeking an Operations Technical Specialist to support and improve processes while collaborating with training partners and leadership to optimize systems in alignment with business goals.ResponsibilitiesMaintain technical competence in IOA’s systemsExercise discretion and independent judgment for beneficial outcomesImplement strategic and tactical plans to achieve team goalsCollaborate with branch and regional operations and sales personnelTravel to meet with branch operations teams as neededProvide technical support for the Applied Epic agency management systems.
