[Remote] Operations & Sales Support

The Operations & Sales Support Specialist will enhance operations and support business development efforts by ensuring high-quality data delivery and assisting in sales lead management.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate the output of previously scraped litigation and consumer complaint data related to U.S. consumer credit lawsAssess data relevance and determine eligibility for inclusion in internal systems and customer-facing productsExtract, normalize, and maintain accurate litigant, case-level, and related metadataIdentify and resolve data quality issues, including inconsistencies, formatting issues and missing valuesEnsure ongoing data accuracy and alignment across internal databases and customer-facing productsProduce standard and ad hoc data reports to support internal teamsDocument data standards, review criteria, and quality-control procedures to support consistency and scalabilityRegister all sales leads in the CRM and ensure they are consistently contacted and properly tracked through the sales pipelineSupport the sales process by contacting and following up with inbound and outbound leads via email and phoneSchedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales leadershipUpdate CRM records with accurate contact activity, notes, and outcomesAssist Marketing by validating lead data, improving contact accuracy, and supporting campaign follow-upMonitor lead activity and flag stalled or high-priority opportunities to leadershipCommunicate professionally with prospective clients and partners as neededSkillsStrong attention to detailClear written communicationAbility to switch between structured data work and outbound follow-up tasksOrganized and persistentExperience with CRM systemsAbility to validate and assess data qualityExperience in data operations and quality managementAbility to produce standard and ad hoc data reportsExperience in business development supportProfessional communication skills with prospective clients and partnersCompany OverviewJonas Software is a provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Foodservice.
