Responsibilities and Duties:
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that will optimize operations within the supply chain domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance business processes
• Utilize SAP, HANA, and SQL to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of operational initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on operations
• Proficiency in SAP, HANA, SQL, and other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
