Remote Online Fitness Coach (Women 40-65 Focus)
We’re hiring a Remote Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach to help women 40-65 transform their bodies through strength training and nutrition.
At Total Life Fitness, we specialize in working with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause to achieve lasting fat loss, strength, and health.
This is a remote, part-time position that can grow to full-time (20–40 hours/week) over the next 6–12 months as we scale.
What You’ll Do:
• Take on clients right away using our proven systems
• Coach clients 1:1 through our coaching app and do 1:1 Zoom calls every month or so for progress checks
• Help clients master macro tracking, strength training and healthy habits
• Adjust client programs based on biofeedback and progress
• Collaborate with our team to overdeliver and create lifelong change for our clients
You’re a great fit if:
• You actively coach online now (and aren’t just looking to return to coaching)
• You’ve coached women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause
• You live and breathe what you coach - tracking macros, lifting at least 3x/week and staying consistent
• You have certifications in both personal training and nutrition
• You’re flexible during the day for client Zoom calls and follow-ups
• You’re open to starting part-time (10–15 hours/week) and growing into more
• You’re a strong communicator and active on social media (especially Facebook)
• Bonus points if you live in or near Wisconsin (most of our clients are in Wisconsin)
This is not for you if:
• You don’t have experience coaching women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause
• You're not currently coaching online (we're looking for people who are actively coaching online, not those who are looking to get into coaching online or in a different profession wanting to get back into the fitness industry)
• You don’t coach using a macro-based approach
• You aren’t currently strength training or living what you teach
• You’re looking to use this as a stepping stone to launch your own coaching business
• You’re not ready to start soon
• You don’t want to be on Zoom or messaging clients regularly
• You’re not open to eventually managing 70-100 clients (20 hrs/week or more)
