This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, lead generation, and building client relationships in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will have experience using modern sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, optimizing CRM workflows, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to proposal.ResponsibilitiesUtilize HubSpot, cold calls, emails, and other prospecting tools to generate new sales opportunities.Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to inform outreach and qualification.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Optimize CRM workflows, including automation and logic improvements.Drive new business development through:Strategic outreach via LinkedIn Sales NavigatorParticipation in LinkedIn communities where prospects engageResearch and engagement in relevant industry-specific forumsRepurposing content for LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s tone and messagingMaintaining an active presence in key B2B communitiesSet appointments and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.Collaborate with the technical team to scope solutions and pricing accurately.Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports to the sales manager.Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop sales skills through training programs.Qualifications (Must-Haves)At least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using HubSpot CRM (or similar tools)Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other modern sales toolsStrong research skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targetsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)Background in SaaS or tech-enabled servicesFamiliarity with CRM optimization or sales workflow designWhat We OfferCollaborative and supportive work environmentFully remote work setupPaid trainingHMO coverageOpportunities for growth and performance-based incentivesOriginally posted on Himalayas
