They are seeking an Okta Technical Consultant responsible for designing and delivering secure identity solutions using Okta, bridging business needs with technical implementation.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC), including SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and Adaptive AuthenticationIntegrate Okta with enterprise applications (SaaS, cloud, and on-premises) using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIMConfigure and manage Okta Lifecycle Management (LCM) for automated provisioning and deprovisioningSupport and implement Okta Identity Governance (OIG) capabilities such as access requests, access reviews (certifications), and entitlement managementDefine and implement joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes to automate identity lifecycle workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutionsManage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budgetProvide technical expertise during solution deployment, configuration, integration, and post-implementation supportTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, federation, and provisioning within Okta WIC environmentsMaintain strong client relationships through effective communication, expectation management, and high customer satisfactionSkills5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant delivering enterprise IAM solutionsProven experience configuring and implementing Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) is required2–4+ years of hands-on experience working with OktaStrong experience with core Okta capabilities including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and application integrationsExposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG) features such as access certifications, access requests, and governance workflowsSolid understanding of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIMExperience integrating Okta with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAt least one Okta certification (Professional, Administrator, or Consultant) is expected.
