They are seeking an OFSAA Data Modeling Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications solutions, focusing on data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and application support.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business analysts, users, and technical teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and design effective OFSAA-based solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to load, transform, and validate data across OFSAA applications and source systemsCustomize, merge, and deploy the OFSAA data model in alignment with client-specific business and regulatory requirementsSupport OFSAA staging and reporting data model activities, including data lineage, metadata, and data mappingAct as an escalation point for application support, troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause resolutionSupport end-to-end implementation activities, including UAT, production deployments, defect fixes, system enhancements, and post-production supportCollaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams across multiple phases of the OFSAA implementation lifecycleSkillsStrong expertise in OFSAA staging and reporting data models, with solid understanding of data lineage and data modeling conceptsHands-on experience with OFSAA ELT utilities such as Excel File Upload, F2T, T2T, Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, and AMHMIn-depth knowledge of OFSAAI products, frameworks, metadata management, hierarchies, datasets, and core architectural componentsAdvanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including stored proceduresStrong experience working with Oracle DatabaseProven experience supporting clients across multiple phases of the OFSAA implementation lifecycle in a consulting environmentExperience troubleshooting OFSAA application issues, production defects, data load failures, and system performance concernsStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholdersBenefitsDiscretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programsA comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.Company OverviewFormativGroup is an IT services and consulting firm that helps companies build application solutions and establish dynamic workflows.
