Requirements:
• Ability to work within a dynamic, collaborative team
• Solution-oriented mindset when facing obstacles
• Must attend weekly team meetings and contribute to client-facing educational content
• Required: CPT certification, Nutrition Level 1 certification (or equivalent experience)
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in nutrition, exercise science, physiology, biology, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client progress through BIA’s online systems and platforms
• Support clients through 1:1 and group communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Step in and support fellow coaches with client challenges when needed
• Attend weekly team culture meetings
• Meet company KPIs and uphold BIA’s culture and standards
• Maintain at least a 90% client retention rate
