Accurate Data Entry: Capture donor information, donation amounts, and payment details in careerzynith’s secure database with a focus on precision and compliance.
Follow‑Up Communication: Conduct timely follow‑up calls or emails to confirm receipt of gifts, provide receipts, and nurture ongoing donor relationships.
Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed established metrics for call handling time, donation conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Continuous Improvement: Share feedback on call scripts, suggest process enhancements, and participate in regular training sessions to sharpen skills.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
At least 6 months of virtual call‑center experience or 1 year of in‑person customer service experience.
Ability to pass a standard background check.
