They are seeking a Cocoa FP&A Analyst who will support the cocoa procurement organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting related to cocoa raw materials, while collaborating with various departments to ensure financial integrity across cocoa contracts.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze cocoa raw material costs, including futures, differentials, premiums, freight, sustainability premiums, and other cost componentsPrepare and explain cocoa PPV, purchase price evolution, and cost variances versus forecast, budget, and standard costSupport monthly close activities related to cocoa, including accruals, and reconciliationsSupport short and mid-term cocoa cost forecastsMaintain and update cocoa forecast assumptionsAssist in standard cost setting and annual planning processes for cocoa raw materialsWork with data from systems such as S/4, iRely, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistencySupport SOX and internal control activities, including documentation, reconciliations, and audit requests related to cocoaIdentify data gaps or process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiativesAct as a finance partner to Cocoa Procurement, Supply Chain, and Accounting teamsSupport ad hoc analysis and management requests related to cocoa costs, contracts, and performance driversContribute to process harmonization and standardization initiatives across regionsSupport ad hoc analyses and project work based on business requestsImprove reportingLead monthly forecast updates in preparation for recurring management and executive review meetingsAnalyze monthly figures in S/4 to enable Actual vs. Forecast PPV analysisSkillsMinimum of around five years of relevant experienceSolid Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with SAP S/4 (required)Experience with commodity systems (preferred)Experience with Power BIExperience in the food manufacturing industry, ideally within ProcurementExperience working with commoditiesDirect experience with cocoaExperience with commodity systemsExperience in the food manufacturing industry, ideally within ProcurementExperience working with commoditiesDirect experience with cocoaCompany OverviewUS Tech Solutions counted among the largest yet the fastest growing staffing firm; all achieved organically.
