The role involves troubleshooting reporting issues, developing reporting solutions, and supporting cloud contact center migration initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport and optimize reporting, analytics, and data solutions within the NICE CXone platformTroubleshoot reporting issues, data quality concerns, dashboard performance, and data integrationsDevelop and maintain operational and executive-level reporting solutionsAnalyze contact center performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendationsSupport cloud contact center migration initiatives from legacy/on-premise environments to NICE CXonePartner with business leaders, operations teams, engineers, and implementation partners to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutionsSupport real-time and historical reporting environmentsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for reporting and data issuesAssist with API integrations, ETL processes, and cloud-based data environmentsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and platformsSkills5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or contact center analytics environmentsHands-on experience with NICE CXone cloud solutionsExperience supporting contact center or call center reporting environmentsExperience participating in NICE CXone migration, implementation, or cloud transformation projectsAdvanced SQL querying and data analysis skillsHands-on Databricks experienceStrong understanding of contact center KPIs, reporting logic, and operational analyticsExperience supporting enterprise reporting and dashboard solutionsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsNICE Interaction Analytics experienceNICE Performance Management experienceNICE QM experienceNICE Nexidia experienceNICE Expert experiencePower BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence platformsAPI integration and troubleshooting experienceETL and data pipeline support experienceCloud-based SaaS reporting environmentsHealthcare contact center experienceITIL processes and service management experienceNICE CXone CertificationPower BI CertificationTableau CertificationITIL FoundationAWS CertificationMicrosoft Azure CertificationBenefitsTraveler benefits as per agency package.
