[Remote] Network Operations Specialist

The Network Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in the rollout of new networks, ensuring they operate at the highest standards and contributing to the company's mission of providing secure mobile services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test cases for new functionality launchesConfigure devices and create repeatable runbooks to ensure smooth deploymentsGather customer feedback, create and manage trouble tickets, escalate issues as needed, and dive into traces/logs to identify root causes—while keeping documentation and resolution plans up to dateDefine and document processes to ensure smooth operations, especially during launches and testingLead launch operations planning and execution, including methods of procedure (MOPs), rollback strategies, maintenance windows, and delivery approvalsBuild and maintain critical systems and 3rd-party tools that automate network operationsDevelop anonymized dashboards for partner MNOs, ensuring they have visibility into usage on their networksSkills3+ years of experience in cellular core network deploymentsAbility to analyze cellular system network trace data and packet captures, quickly identifying where issues should be routedProven success operating as a flexible team player in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while driving complex initiatives to completionExperience drafting MOPs and executing maintenance windowsStrong organizational skills and attention to details, including reviewing and managing detailed project plansHands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving network outagesAbility to review and interpret technical telco documentation with fluency in industry acronyms and terminologyFamiliarity with Agile practices and task management tools like JiraExperience working closely with telco infrastructure vendorsBenefits401(k) match100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your dependents12 weeks paid parental leave (for all parents, no waiting period)Stipends for
