As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, management, and ongoing support of enterprise endpoint systems while ensuring secure and reliable end-user computing platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain standardized Windows OS configurations for enterprise endpoint devicesDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoint configuration, applications, and updates using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune), SCCM, and related toolingAdminister mobile device management (MDM) and cloud-based device management solutions using InTune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung KnoxMonitor and remediate endpoint health issues, including SCCM client health, InTune enrollment failures, and configuration driftWork with project managers, and infrastructure teams to implement system updates, new applications, and environment improvementsImplement and support endpoint security controls, including full-disk encryption, device compliance policiesProvide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complete endpoint, OS, and application issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures related to endpoint and systems managementParticipate in enterprise IT initiatives, pilots, and remediation projects related to endpoint modernization and security hardeningAdhere to company security policies and proceduresReport security incidents or vulnerabilitiesProtect access credentials and handle sensitive data appropriatelyParticipate in security awareness training and periodic compliance reviewsSkills4+ years of experience in advanced IT Support or related roles in an enterprise environmentAdvanced experience in Windows endpoint administration within an enterprise environmentStrong experience with Microsoft InTune, SCCM, and endpoint lifecycle managementExperience with OS imaging, application packaging, and patch managementStrong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, applications, and device configurationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate with multiple teams in working sessions and manage multiple projects at onceMicrosoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) strongly preferredBenefits401(k) with company matchEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Life insuranceShort-term and Long-term disabilityMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDependent care and medical flexible spending accountsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid time offPaid holidaysFamily and medical leavePaid sick timeCompany OverviewAmerican Civil Constructors West Coast, a MasTec company, has a proven track record of executing challenging construction projects in all environments and under the tightest of time restrictions.
