**Experienced Live Chat Specialist – Luxury Beauty Brand Customer Support**

We're proud to be a part of the Beiersdorf prestige portfolio, working alongside some of the best-in-class talent in the beauty industry. **The Role** As a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging * Responding in a timely, efficient, and professional manner * Resolving complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management * Documenting client interactions and following up as appropriate * Staying up to date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices * Attending regional trainings twice a year ### Qualifications * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Computer skills, including typing and navigating different software programs (proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook) * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality * Professional demeanor * Passion for beauty and conservation * Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends, and some holidays ### Essential Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of the luxury beauty industry and trends * Certification in customer service or a related field ### Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Gigentra, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
