They are seeking an experienced NetApp Professional Services Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise storage environment, focusing on storage optimization, tenant rebalancing, and performance engineering.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a storage rebalancing program to identify tenant placement opportunities and execute migrations across clusters and arrays to optimize utilization and performanceDevelop and deploy Quality of Service (QoS) policies across the storage environment to ensure workload performance and resource allocation objectives are metEstablish reporting and monitoring solutions for performance analysis, capacity planning, and traffic engineeringExecute Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to expand, optimize, and maintain the storage infrastructureDeploy and integrate new NetApp storage arrays into switched cluster environmentsSupport storage segregation and architecture requirements for OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Trident environmentsProvide recommendations for storage architecture improvements, scalability, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support ongoing storage initiativesSkillsStrong hands-on experience with NetApp enterprise storage platforms, including ONTAP administration and cluster managementExperience designing and executing storage migrations, rebalancing initiatives, and performance optimization projectsExpertise with NetApp QoS policies and storage performance tuningExperience deploying and managing NetApp storage in Kubernetes environmentsRequired experience with: OpenShift, Trident, Kubernetes, OpenStackExperience integrating storage solutions within switched cluster environmentsAbility to create and execute detailed MOPs and implementation plansStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsNetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, NS0-series certifications)Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or PowerShellFamiliarity with cloud-native storage architectures and containerized application platformsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise or service provider environmentsBenefitsView our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCompany OverviewTSP is a privately held IT services company.
