The National Account Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening existing national account relationships by identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client rapport.ResponsibilitiesGenerate New Business and Expand Within Your TerritoryDrive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with new and existing customersTravel of up to 50% is required for client meetings, trade shows, relationship development, and market expansion opportunitiesPresent fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions that align with customer needs, business goals, and project requirementsMaintain accurate sales activity, pipeline documentation, and forecasting in HubSpot while working to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsStay informed on trends in fleet branding, advertising, transportation, franchising, and national account buying behavior to position Advertising Vehicles competitively in the marketplaceEstablish Strong Client RapportBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current accounts while cultivating new customer partnershipsLead client conversations from initial concept and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order bookingPartner for SuccessCollaborate with Estimating and Technical teams to position specifications, solutions, and execution strategies throughout the pre-close processPartner with Marketing, Design, Production, Installation, Operations, and Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client experience from sale through executionSkills5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management, business development, or related sales experience2+ years of experience with building out a new territory and acquiring new high value target accountsHunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and high-rejection sales environmentsProven success hitting quarterly and annual sales quota targetProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointAbility and willingness to travel approximately 50% based on business needsA proven track record working in the fleet graphics industry, as well as working with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OMESBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience selling branding, advertising, graphics, signage, print, or related B2B solutions to national or multi-location accountsProficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management required; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com is highly preferredBenefitsUncapped commissions of up to 13.5%Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, 401(k) match, PTO, wellness programs and more!Company OverviewAdvertising Vehicles provides design, printing, branding, large format, and environmental graphic applications for B2C and B2B companies.
