Senior Data & Analytics Lead

As a Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data initiatives. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the availability, quality, and governance of data, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting both data science and data engineering teams, facilitating a data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and prioritize the roadmap for data initiatives alongside business and technical stakeholders. - Support the Data Science (DS) and Data Engineering (DE) teams by providing documentation and acting as an intermediary with the Principal Architect. - Monitor pipelines with DE/DS to ensure smooth execution and management of teams for effective problem solving. - Assist the Principal Architect in maintaining architectural documentation, incorporating feedback from the team. - Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality. - Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation are established for all solutions delivered. Required Skills and Qualifications: - High Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of Azure resources, specifically Databricks and Azure Data Factory. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Safe or Scrum for task visibility and management. - Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management.
