[Remote] National Account Manager - Non-Commercial (GPOs)

Flora Food Group is seeking a National Account Manager (Non-Commercial) to lead sales efforts across GPOs and non-commercial segments such as Healthcare and Education. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, driving growth, and building relationships with key decision-makers while expanding the company's plant-based and dairy portfolios.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth within strategic nonâcommercial operator segments by partnering directly with GPOs and major networks (including Sodexo, Foodbuy, and Aramark)Lead compliance, conversion, and penetration initiatives against negotiated contractsInfluence large subgroups and regional operators to maximize brand adoptionDevelop and execute 1â3 year strategic growth plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)Deliver against profit, volume, distribution, and margin objectivesIdentify whitespace opportunities and accelerate sustainable growthLead complex contract negotiations and pricing strategiesEnsure longâterm agreements deliver optimized financial outcomes for the Foodservice divisionNavigate multiâstakeholder decision environments with confidence and precisionBuild and maintain strong, valueâbased relationships with senior executives and decisionâmakers at national accounts, GPOs, and buying groupsPosition Flora as a trusted, solutionsâoriented partnerDrive penetration of branded butters, spreads, creams, and cheeses into new menu applicationsSupport innovation and portfolio expansion across nonâcommercial channelsPartner closely with Marketing, R&D, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain teamsHelp shape customerâspecific product solutions, innovation pipelines, and goâtoâmarket strategiesAnalyze customer data, P&L performance, and market trendsIdentify incremental opportunities while proactively managing risksSkillsBachelor's degree requiredExperience within Foodservice, broadline distribution, and nonâcommercial channelsStrong negotiation, influence, and collaboration skillsExcellent strategic planning and analytical capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and key commercial metricsExperience using sales planning systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal collaborationCompany OverviewFlora Food Group produces and sells butter, spread, cream, and cheese.
