Delta Faucet Company is seeking a highly driven and analytical National Account Manager – MRO Distribution to lead strategic growth initiatives across key wholesale distribution partners. This role focuses on managing relationships with national and regional wholesale distributors while developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve account performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage strategic relationships with national and regional wholesale distribution partners within the MRO and contractor supply channelsDevelop and execute annual account business plans focused on: revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability improvement, assortment optimization and distributor engagementBuild strong partnerships with merchants, category management, digital commerce, and supply chain teams within distributor organizationsMonitor, Analyze and leverage: Order management/ETA customer communication, POS data, inventory turns, SKU productivity, pricing performance, and category trends to identify growth opportunities and improve account performanceLead annual negotiations involving catalog/digital assortment, pricing programs, rebate structures, promotional investments and distributor agreementsPartner with distributor merchants and category managers to identify assortment gaps, white-space opportunities, category expansion initiatives and product rationalization opportunitiesDrive data-backed recommendations using Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and distributor reporting platformsManage and optimize digital product content across distributor and e-commerce platforms, ensuring product data, imagery, specifications, and merchandising assets are accurate and optimizedCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to execute account strategies and growth initiativesMonitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunitiesSupport contractor pull-through and end-user demand generation initiatives in partnership with regional sales teamsRepresent Delta Faucet Company at distributor meetings, trade events, line reviews, and joint business planning sessionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred5+ years of national account management experience in MRO, plumbing, building products, HVAC, industrial distribution, or related channelsExperience managing large distributor or wholesale accountsStrong understanding of wholesale distribution, category management, pricing, rebates, and inventory managementProven ability to build relationships with merchants, category managers, and distributor leadership teamsStrong analytical and business acumen with experience using POS and performance data to drive decisionsProficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics toolsAbility to travel up to 40%Experience managing digital product content across distributor platformsCompany OverviewDelta Faucet Company is a company which delivers faucets, showers and bathroom accessories It was founded in 1954, and is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
