Required Qualifications
ā¢ Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
ā¢ Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
ā¢ Experience in hospice, palliative care, or a similar setting is preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for patients and families.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
