Position: Mortgage Processor (Bilingual – Spanish/English) Location: Remote (PA, NJ, CT, or NY only) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 + monthly per-file bonus Employment Type: Full-time A growing mortgage team is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Mortgage Processor to support loan officers and borrowers throughout the file preparation and submission process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience using Encompass. Responsibilities: • Work directly with loan officers and borrowers to collect and organize documentation • Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review • Ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission • Maintain clear communication and follow-up throughout the process • Support pipeline movement to meet deadlines and expectations Requirements: • Bilingual Spanish/English (required) • Experience as a mortgage processor • Proficiency with Encompass LOS • Strong communication and documentation skills • Must reside in PA, NJ, CT, or NY • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel Apply tot his job
