Required Skills

Ā Extensive understanding of both conventional and government loan programs, encompassing purchase and refinance options.
Ā Valid Texas DBO and NMLS licenses.
Ā Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
Ā Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
