[Remote] Mobile Services Reporting Analyst

They are seeking a Mobile Services Reporting Analyst to analyze mobile device service data, produce performance reports, and support mobile program reviews.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes mobile device service data from ServiceNow and MDM platforms to generate performance reports and trend analysesProduces regular reporting on mobile program metrics including device inventory, activation rates, ticket volumes, SLA compliance, and data usageSupports QA activities for mobile support operations, reviewing ticket quality, process adherence, and customer satisfaction dataCoordinates with carrier representatives to obtain billing data, usage reports, and account summariesMaintains mobile device inventory records and reconciles MDM inventory against DPAS asset recordsIdentifies trends and anomalies in mobile usage data and escalates findings to the Mobile Wireless ManagerDevelops and maintains reporting templates and dashboards for mobile program leadershipSupports monthly, quarterly, and annual mobile program reviews with data analysis and presentation supportAssists with cost modeling and spend analysis for mobile servicesDocuments mobile reporting procedures and maintains data dictionaries for mobile program metricsSkillsShall possess at the time of award a Secret security clearanceStrong customer service orientationProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentGood written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as requiredAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageHighly self-motivated and directedKeen attention to detailTeam-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environmentRequired Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education, including consideration of vendor certification in the technology being appliedRequired Experience: 2 or more years of professional experience supporting a similar roleCertification: ITIL v4 Foundations, CompTIA Security+Experience supporting a DoD or J6 customer is a plusCompTIA A+, MDM platform certification (Intune, Jamf, or equivalent)Company OverviewEmpower AI is a diversified IT and professional services company that provides software development, information assurance.
