They are seeking a Migration Coordinator - Content Catalog to support customer transitions from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog, responsible for coordinating migration activities, managing customer communication, and ensuring successful onboarding and migration completion.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate end-to-end customer migration activities from UNIFI Pro to Content CatalogSchedule and lead customer introduction, onboarding, and kickoff meetingsGuide customers through migration timelines, requirements, and onboarding processesCollect, verify, and maintain customer account and migration-related informationTrack migration progress, status updates, and workflow execution using internal dashboards and systemsCoordinate migration readiness reviews, audits, execution activities, and validation processesCommunicate proactively with customers throughout migration review and completion stagesMonitor migration milestones and progress tracking within Salesforce and related operational systemsCollaborate with support, QA, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration issuesMaintain migration documentation, reports, audit logs, and master tracking recordsSupport operational process improvements to streamline migration efficiency and customer experienceSkills3-5 years of hands-on Revit experience, specifically with family building5+ years of experience supporting migrations, onboarding programs, or customer operational workflowsStrong ability to independently manage assigned workflows and follow detailed process instructionsExperience coordinating customer-facing operational or technical processesStrong organizational, communication, and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and customer engagementsExperience working with internal systems, dashboards, and collaboration toolsStrong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindsetExperience with Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Forma, or related Autodesk platformsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Slack, Airtable, or AI tools such as ClaudeExperience supporting software migrations, SaaS onboarding programs, Autodesk ecosystem tools, customer success operations, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) workflows, or technical support operationsBenefitsContract Type: W2 OnlyCompany OverviewAkraya is your trusted partner for Digital Transformation.
