[Remote] Mid-Level AI Engineer

Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms
ā¢ Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement
ā¢ Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
ā¢ Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models
ā¢ Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
ā¢ Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Skills
ā¢ Experience: 2ā3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects
ā¢ Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts
ā¢ Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges
ā¢ Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies
ā¢ Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses
ā¢ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
ā¢ Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning
ā¢ Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
ā¢ Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
