[Remote] MGR II COMMERCIAL/PM FINANCE

They are seeking a Manager for Global Commercial Finance who will drive insights through enhanced reporting and analysis while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Care. This role will oversee the Commercial Finance team, manage revenue reporting, and ensure compliance across functions.ResponsibilitiesManage Sensors Commercial Finance team with one Financial AnalystBusiness partnership with Sales team on Bookings and Revenue Forecasting, process improvement, and forecast accuracy improvementBusiness partnership with Supply Chain to ensure demand execution and alignment on scheduled backlog/requested backlog/AR creditOversee Commercial Finance routine reports including weekly, weekly sales report, weekly AR report, etc. Highlight to the business the focus areas or address action needed in the reports when there is shortfall / risk vs forecastOversee backlog analysis, address risk & opportunities to sales and supply chainManage revenue reporting and review during month end closeManage internal AR calls on identified customers to ensure resolution on Past Due AR and Bad DebtResponsible for the commercial finance related deliverables in monthly financial reporting deck, quarterly forecast, ER deck, annual budget, strategic plan, etcDrive Accounts Receivable improvement via partnership with Finance Shared Services, Customer Care, Pricing and Sales. Drive KPI improvement of DSO reduction and past due AR reductionEnsure compliance on all Commercial DOAs and communicate across functionsEncourage and lead continuous process improvement and automation projects, to provide better business partnership with increased capacity and capabilityAny other adhoc requestsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other analytical field8+ years of experience with financial analysis, reporting, sales trend analysis, variance analysis and distilling key takeaways from a set of dataExperience with team managementGood communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationDeals well with ambiguity, demonstrates intellectual curiosity and ownership of tasksProficiency in TE Data Warehouse tools, Hyperion, SAP and TableauAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPointMBA is preferredBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.Company OverviewTE Connectivity provides and markets engineered electronic components, network solutions, and specialty products.
