Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and determination will help create positive experiences for our customers and clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers - Provide solutions to complex problems, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges - Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems - Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to create positive experiences for our customers and clients - Utilize excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve customer issues - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - Great multitasking skills - Availability to work weekends - High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment - Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with 100% attendance **Preferred Qualifications** - Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry - Experience working in a call center environment - Familiarity with healthcare-related terminology and concepts - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment **Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - High level of empathy and compassion for customers - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
