[Remote] MEP Project Manager (Traveler - Data Centers)

DataX Connect is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing efforts on a cutting-edge data center campus. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring budget and schedule performance while collaborating with key stakeholders across MEP, IT, vendors, and consultants.ResponsibilitiesLead design, preconstruction, and construction activities for MEP systems on a large data center campusMaintain budgets, schedules, and status reports, including weekly CPM reviews and monthly executive updatesOversee OFCI equipment schedule management and coordinate owner and direct vendor schedules (IT, roofing, geotech, third-party inspectors)Support GMP buyout reviews, detailed analysis, QA/QC daily inspections, and cost document processing (pay apps, change orders)Manage design coordination and commissioning alignment across base build and tenant fitouts, including submittals and procurement supportSkills5+ years in commercial construction, with mission-critical or data center experienceStrong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructureBachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel as needed for non-local support (per diem/travel arrangement available)Experience with CPM scheduling and multi-phased campus programsFamiliarity with OAC meetings and due diligence for new sitesBenefitsAbility to travel as needed for non-local support (per diem/travel arrangement available)Company OverviewDataX Connect is a global data centre recruitment specialist.
