Remote Mental Health Counselor – LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC Salary: $100,000–$110,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary This role offers the opportunity to provide high‑quality mental health care virtually to clients across Minnesota. As a licensed counselor, you’ll support individuals through life challenges, offering consistent care in a remote setting. Responsibilities Conduct secure teletherapy sessions. Create and monitor client care plans. Document sessions and ensure compliance with state guidelines. Work collaboratively with colleagues for coordinated care. Requirements Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. 2+ years of experience in clinical counseling.
