Remote Mental Health Counselor – Enhanced Compensation Rates

Requirements:
All therapists and counselors looking to join Talkspace must possess and provide proof of:
• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
• Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
• Current residence in the USA
Compensation:
You will receive $70 for each 60-minute live session, with session rates based on the state where your client resides. Rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute) are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates vary by client plans and state of residence, with additional bonuses for client engagement.

Note: Due to high demand, we currently have a waitlist for providers who hold clinical licensure exclusively in TX, FL, NC, and MI.
