Key Responsibilities Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to provide top-notch support. Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating information in our systems, to ensure seamless transactions. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws, to maintain compliance and provide excellent customer service. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 month of related experience. The ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing. Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills, to efficiently manage customer interactions. Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive support when they need it. A reliable internet connection that meets our minimum technology requirements. Residency within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the automotive industry. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
