The Membership Operations Analyst will manage relationships with medical partners, oversee transaction processes, resolve errors, and ensure operational metrics are met while implementing services for new clients.ResponsibilitiesManaging a book of business and representing the Integrated Accumulations Department for CVS/Caremark when working with the assigned Medical Partners/VendorsAccountable for interactions with the assigned medical partner/vendorOverseeing the transactions shared between the Medical Partner and CVS/CaremarkResolving transaction errors either internally or with the help of the Medical PartnerInvestigating and researching the source of the error and correcting it by using the Department’s standard processes and toolsPartnering across work streams with other internal resources to ensure the errors are corrected in a timely and efficient mannerRepresenting Integrated Accumulations on cross-functional work teams to resolve specific client issuesMeeting operational metrics and providing results for their book of business to the department leadershipImplementing service for new clients with existing Medical PartnersWorking with cross-functional Implementation teams to setup and configure the sharing of transactions within the project plan timelineSkills1+ years of related professional work experienceAt least 1 year of experience managing a collaborative relationship, either with internal or external partners1+ year of experience using data to solve problems and/or process issues1+ year of advanced Microsoft Excel experienceHigh School Diploma RequiredAnalyze data and processes to identify issues and root causesSupport resolution of routine business and operational issuesPrioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and escalate risks as neededCollaborate with cross‑functional internal partnersOperate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environmentAdapt to changing priorities and organizational needsMaintain high standards of integrity, accuracy, and accountabilityProficient in Microsoft Office; healthcare or PBM experience a plusBachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience preferredBenefitsAffordable medical plan options401(k) plan (including matching company contributions)Employee stock purchase planNo-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coachingBenefit solutions that address the different needs and preferences of our colleagues including paid time off, flexible work schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, colleague assistance programs, tuition assistance, retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
