[Remote] Member Identity and Access Management (MIAM)- Authentication Product Lead

The MIAM Authentication Product Lead will define and drive secure member access across all channels, balancing security and member experience while collaborating with various teams to deliver advanced authentication capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDefine, champion, and drive the overall authentication strategy and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements to existing capabilities and the introduction of net-new solutions to meet evolving member needs and threat landscapesTranslate business objectives and member needs into detailed, actionable, and precise authentication and security requirements for technology and design teams, ensuring a holistic approach that considers the complete member journey, security protocols, and regulatory complianceContinuously analyze and innovate existing authentication journeys, authenticators, and supporting capabilities to proactively reduce fraud risk, enhance member experience, and improve operational efficiencyServe as a subject matter expert on owned area of authentication and technologies, providing thought leadership and guidance on fraud risk management, regulatory compliance, and authentication best practicesProactively monitor and analyze fraud and authentication success/fail rates to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities, leading the development and implementation of effective remediation strategiesChampion a robust risk management framework for all authentication-related activities, ensuring risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in alignment with USAA's risk and compliance policiesApply a deep understanding of security standards, fraud risk management requirements, policies, laws, and regulations to shape business strategies, programs, and solutions.
