[Remote] MEDITECH Analyst - Pharmacy (PHA)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Pharmacy Analyst (PHA) to join our team, supporting the Pharmacy domain. This position plays a key role in optimizing and maintaining the Pharmacy module within the MEDITECH Expanse environment for HCA Healthcare, ensuring workflows and configurations align with clinical and operational needs.ResponsibilitiesExperience with installation of clinical electronic healthcare systemsWorking knowledge of Health Information SystemsAble to assimilate feedback from clients and actively drive process improvement and culture change as implemented/approved by leadershipUses professional knowledge and experience to advise the client on optimal workflows and system functionsOpenly shares this knowledge with peers, via Peer to Peer trainingDevelops documentation and project content for internal or external utilizationHas excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, customer service focus, and is able to work independently or on a project teamDrives client communication process to develop and enhance client understanding of the project Best Practice, project timelines, tasks, client commitment, risk/issue impacts and mitigationIndependently monitors own work for accuracy and thoroughnessShares knowledge to project teams, clients and drive the process change with clients and within a teamPrioritizes own tasks and assists peers with task identification and documentationUnderstands project deliverables and level of effort to complete.
