[Remote] Medicare Programs Specialist 1

The Medicare Programs Specialist 1 will provide high-level assistance and support for compliance-related topics, particularly MIPS, while ensuring client satisfaction and delivering quality service.ResponsibilitiesProvide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support responses and assistance for compliance-related topics, especially MIPSFollows established procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service deliveryCommunicate customer responses in an efficient and effective mannerAnswers Tier 2 and 3 escalated MIPS questions assigned by SupportIdentify the difference between when to provide an answer to the customer and/or suggest MIPS Advising or a MIPS compliance-related Q&AAssist the MIPS Advising team with needed tasksCollaborates with the internal Compliance team to fulfill customer requests related to regulatory and documentation requirements, including but not limited to SOC 2 reports, audit logs, vendor certification lettersSkillsExcellent written communication skills requiredDemonstrated expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issuesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage timeWillingness to stay current and adapt to changesBachelor's degree preferredExperience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience is a plusBasic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOSKnowledge of bug-tracking software such as Salesforce and JiraBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, including a company Health Savings Account contribution401(k): ModMed provides a matching contribution each payday of 50% of your contribution deferred on up to 6% of your compensation.
